RENTER BEWARE. My rental for a outdoor parking space went from $78 a month in '22 to over $150 in less than a year. I did not receive any promotional period at the beginning resulting in the steep rise, just a 30 day notification that the fee would increase from $78 to $140 early in '23 and a few months later a notification that it was going to over $150. I moved to another facility for $65 a month. This seems to be the way they operate nationally if you check with BBB, Yelp and other sites.
