The process could not have been easier! I rented a 10 x 20 unit with drive-up access and felt reassured throughout the entire sign-up process that I was getting the right unit for my storage needs at a great price. The manager was very courteous and made sure I fully understood the terms of the rental agreement before signing any of the documents.
