The staff is friendly and helpful and I always felt safe at the facility. But my unit was infested with rodents and I had to discard many of my possessions because they were covered in rodent droppings, urine or gnawed. There was nothing in my unit which should have attracted rodents, but the filth plus constant rate increases forced me to leave. I am glad others seem to have had better experiences.
