Casey is phenomenal! She is always very cheerful, happy and very eager to help! She goes out of her way to greet you with a wonderful smile and will take a minute or two to chat regardless of how busy she is! I wish the rest of the staff was as pleasant as her. I love everything about Extra Space with the exception of a few following things: - No Restroom -Time Restrictions on unit accessibility -Strongly Advise using an insurance company other then the (optional) provided company that Extra Space offers.
