I enjoyed the experience Jerry was very helpful very kind and great customer service representative he really made things much easier for me he's really a nice fun person to talk to I think he should be a very big asset to your company and he is what made me decide to get a rental spot at your place

I got locked out or my storage unit because of a misplaced key and as you can imagine I was in a panic. Luckily Lin knew exactly how to help. He reassured it was okay and no big deal. He was able to cut my lock even though I didn’t make that very easy because I apparently put it on backwards. He went above and beyond. Thanks Lin!!!
