Deb and Rob have been extremely helpful in the process of choosing a storage unit. They were so friendly and willing to give us ideas/feedback for how to use the unit and properly cover it. The facility itself is well kept and very clean, which was VERY nice to see! If you’re in need for a storage unit this is definitely the go to!

Superficially OK though seemed to have lots of maintenance issues - corridor lights not working, entry mechanism broken (or in one case frozen by a New England winter storm) etc. However, beware. The pricing model felt close to extortion. We started a 10x10 at I think $280 and within a year they’d put the price up twice “due to market conditions” reaching $408, an increase of almost 50% in less than a year. Wow! Went I to the Marshfield location to discuss transferring units within the facility. I was met with amazing customer service from Deb. She was very informative and kind. Answered every question I had and really worked with me to ensure I was happy. Having worked in customer service before I care really appreciate excellent customer service. I look forward to my future endeavors with the storage facility.

I thought the price that was advertised online was so cheap! I should’ve known they would be a catch. The thing is, my storage space is smaller than a closet. Instead of a 5 x 5 space it’s more like a 3 x 5 space. It’s extremely small. They are only open till 10 PM and there is no one on site after four or 5 PM. So if you wanna go in there, you’re going in alone. The building is a typical storage facility . Super creepy vibes. Lol. But again, the storage space is just extremely small. And not as advertised. The absolute epitome of false advertising. Your initial rate is only good for 4 months. After 4 months, they will raise your rate $100. After 4 more months, another $100. The first month is not free as advertised. Within the 12 months i had a unit there, they raised the rent $200/mo. I had to move to a cheaper smaller unit, which was then raised $100 AGAIN after 4 months, when i was told it would only go up a max of $40/year.
