I was able to call on a Saturday and secure a unit over the phone. The manager called me back quickly and took information over the phone and sent me to documents to e-sign. Process was quick and efficient. The manager was very helpful in helping me determine the size of the unit, what type of lock I would need, directions to the unit, and how to operate the gate security code. Lots of details that helped me get to the unit.

I was looking for storage last minute nearby my resent location. I was able to get a great promotion on a storage unit that firs my needs.
I was very pleased with the mistakes that was made and extra space was able to figure something out and help to make a smooth recover.
Keysha was VERY attentive, personable, Helpful, kind and respectful. Keysha smiled the ENTIRE time she was helping me despite the fact the A/C was out in her building/office. I felt so sorry for her because it was very hot that morning. I had to email her my insurance and I called to make sure she received it. When she stated that she did receive it, I told her thank you for all your help and I pray that they have fixed your A/C and she laughed and said yes it was fixed!!
