When the lock on our storage unit broke, Hana helped us immediately. She was professional and quickly drilled out the old lock. Hana cautioned us not to touch the hot metal, cleaned up the metal shavings, and provided a new lock. We are very impressed with her excellent customer service.

Very clean and the docking spaces to load and unload are spacious. Their carts are also new and they have a few available so you are not left without one. I use the extrastorage located in Minnetonka.

The facility is very clean, with lots of carts for moving items, an overhead garage door for moving big items into the building, easy access, and the employees have been very helpful. I have rented for the past year and it has all gone well.
