Customer service was good and explaining out of necessary details you need is moving it to your storage unit
The storage facility is very clean. I like that you have to have a code to enter and go out. I loved the timeframe of 6am until 10pm. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Very professional and quick on responding. Let's you know the nooks and crannies before hand and makes me as a customer knows what I am signing myself into.
Great customer service! Rented my unit online 3 days before I arrived in Dallas and asked them to keep it locked until we got there, they were happy to do that and when we got there we had our dog with us and the employee went and filled up his water dish for us! Great experience! Would recommend highly!!!
