Outstanding customer service from Stephanie who was very welcoming, thorough, upbeat and Lewis who took the time to show a number of options and patiently covered every detail of the contract. All with a smile (yes I can see it through the mask), enthusiasm and a love for what they do!! Thanks for more then just occupying time and space to collect a pay check and actually enjoying what you do.

There was an inconvenience with the elevator but, Extra Space Storage sales representative helped us in an excellent and professional manner that we did not consider looking at another Storage as an option. We are very happy with the outcome.
