This place was once okay, and it's now inhospitable to anyone in the small business phase of needing a storage. I wouldn't touch this place with a 10 ft. Pole (which I had to use to capture a rat in the building, that they took 5 days to remove from the bucket I caught it in). Their climate controlled units are just a suggestion and there is zero ramifications if they leave you in a unit with a busted AC that is consistently above their specified temperature range on the contract.
