RecommendedPatrick was a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to show us the storage unit in person. We were renting at a different property so he wanted us to have a visual prior to signing the contract. He was extremely helpful in the entire set up.
This storage unit is well lit, gated and has quality security cams. Out of many storage facilities in the area, and a lot of safety issues, this was the one I felt the safest and why I chose it . They keep the grounds extremely clean as well, and don't have people lingering around the grounds. The staff have been extremely kind and helpful. The new manager Becky that took over is amazing! I’ve rented from Extra Space Storage many times. The staff is always friendly, professional and thorough. The facility is always clean. I’ve never had any issues with theft or rats or any other problems. I love the fact they have carts readily available. The long hours of operation are perfect for me bc I work. Paula B.
