Jan made my experience so comfortable and easy, her customer service was SUPERB!! She made sure I understood the policy, how to use my code and she made sure if I had any questions they were answered with no hesitation. a very clean facility the staff is very respectful
I just had a great experience with an employee named Jan at this extra space storage. She is what customer service is all about. When you are handled in a way that you appreciate and respect you have to let others know.
