Easy process, quick service, and pleasant staff.
Just reserved the unit online, I wanted to see it, got a call from the store manager and set-up a visit time, she toured the facility, and explained everything. I obtained the reserved unit and started moving in late that afternoon. a Clean and simple process. Note for the company, I would notify that a mandatory insurance is required, and added to the price.
I had a great experience with Janury at the Taylor St. location in Washington, DC. Access was easy, price was affordable, and the property was clean and well-lit.
