RecommendedAlicia the manager is very helpful and thorough. Getting the storage unit was easy and fast. Facility is very secure, multiple security points and cameras. I feel very good about leaving my things there.

Place is a rip off ! Raise you price DOUBLE after 2 to 3 months after they know you have you belongings in the unit.

When we joined in January 2021, our rate was $148/month. In June 2021, our rate increased to $178/month. Now, in March 2022 our rate increased to $262/month!! They are offering my prior rate to new customers but won't honor it for us. I spoke to the district manager and she offered $20/month discount. What a joke. Also, the gates have been broken for MONTHS and they have the audacity to increase the rates that drastically.

This place is a rip off. I’ve rented a climate controlled unit since March 2014 & started out at a pretty decent price for a 10x15 unit. Then they started to raise the price… a lot… every 9 months. Unfortunately I’m still there January 2022. When I sold my home, I was moving 50 years of my stuff plus my parents stuff (they both have passed away) that was stored in the basement.
