I had an awesome experience with James!! He helped me the first time - he made sure to call me and let me know if I had any questions he was there to answer them. He did not call excessively at all!! I appreciate that. He was always nice and I asked him about the job market there. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about that too. I waited to long and missed out on the deal when James and I had spoke. I ended up signing on with a young lady and she was just as nice as James. Christa was very patient and informative. All questions that I had she's was able to answer with great knowledge. Both staff Christa and James were very welcoming as soon as I walked into the facility! Would definitely recommend to my family and coworkers

I'll give 4 stars due to the great staff. The prices are a joke though. We thought we were getting a great price and then about 6 weeks later they doubled it. I understand rising costs but double? That's pretty aggressive for a storage unit.

Mr. James is an amazing man! super helpful and very informative. he took me to see two units before I finally decide; also cleaned it before I moved it! he could tell it was a rough day for me and he told me some funny stories to try and make me laugh (and succeeded). your kindness was very much appreciated and needed at that time mr. James. thank you for everything!

Booked unit online and then came to look at the unit. Sherry was amazing and fun to work with. We had to make a unit adjustment a week and a half later and Sherry helped us make the transition quickly to meet our needs. Highly recommend using the Climate control units. The storage complex is very clean. Thank you Sherry! You ROCK!.
