We’ve never rented a storage unit so we were nervous but Ken put our mind at ease. He broke down pricing, sizes, and additional packing supplies that they offer. You can definitely tell he is very knowledgeable. We couldn’t picture a visual of the sizes and he was quick to volunteer to show us the units (even in the extreme heat). He explained the insurance as well as all additional fees. I was expecting a stuffy sales associate that was pushy but his personality is wonderful.
