Mike was clear and upfront about all charges, and he was also polite and respectful. Good people get things done with their great customer service. We started with Sumyumria(sp) at the Village Drive location and she was attentive and willing to show multiple units to help us visualize our space needs. Offered to call the other location at General Booth which led us to Mike. Good teamwork!!

I have been using this storage facility for many years. It’s secure and very clean. Convenient to my location. I have had many conversations with the manager, Erica. She is primarily the reason why I’ve been there for so many years. I’ve had two issues in the past and each time she went the extra mile to make sure they are resolved. No plans on switching storage facilities anytime soon.

I just came into a dilemma in my life and needed all my possessions in a storage company. I went through everyone near my house with no luck. They just didnt make feel like my items would be secure. The moment i walked into Extraspace on general booth Erica made me feel so welcomed. The entire time while looking at the unit till i signed the paperwork.
