I was able to rent my first unit in person and the staff was very helpful in getting me taken care of. when I needed additional space I was able to call received help over the phone including getting additional unit without any problems. Staff has always been friendly and helpful when I've had questions.

Employees were all helpful and professional. They held the storage unit for a few days so we could make a final decision on where we wanted our furniture. Everything was clean and easy to access.
