First of all the storage was fine the customer service was great but when they hit my account after I had already cancelled and moved out of the storage it took them and I am still waiting for my refund. I moved out of the storage on May 18th today is July 1st and I still don't have my money back this is unacceptable and I am truly pissed!!!!! I am demanding my money ASAP
