It was a great experience. The manager Mark, was terrific! He genuinely cared. Truly understood the meaning of "customer service". I would highly recommend ExtraSpace to anyone that is looking for self-storage in New Milford!

Great customer service, fair pricing, clean and secure. NM location elevator lift needs maintenance. That is the only con. Would highly recommend.
