It was the BEST. I had to move my items from Metro Storage due to water leakage. And I could not believe the difference in climate controlled units. ExtraSpace Storage the flooring was painted - no bugs/insects - lights came on when entering the automatic doors and there was always a carrier right at the door to haul items. It was truly a super experience. My only regret was that I did not use ExtraSpace storage originally. While the prices were too expensive for what we were looking for/comparatively, the woman at the front desk was an absolute dream. If the price had been closer to what else we'd been quoted from other storage units, we would have chosen this one just because of her! Thank you for being so lovely!
