The rating is based solely on customer service at this point since I have only been renting a for few days. the staff Ben was efficient, friendly and got me into a unit and on my way quickly. The unit is clean and doors and latches are all functioning. the lock that I purchased from Extra Space Storage is smooth and secure.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage to friends and family. The promotion was not only a life saver, but extremely reasonable as well. Every morning I visit my unit. I always wave at the staff and they always wave back with the biggest smile!
