I recently phoned for some assistance with a unit I have for many years. I spoke with a very friendly and kind gentleman by the name of Nick. He asked me to stop by and discuss my needs. I explained I am a disabled, senior citizen, just had a heart attack 6 weeks ago and did not drive. He apologized and said no problem he would take care of everything by phone after he made a few calls and he would get back to me. Very Helpful Staff and easy to access storage.
Really, the deciding factor was Milo. Price, location, size comparable but no one has a Milo. I hope this facility retains their employees as it's nice to get to know them.
