I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF EXTRA SPACE STORAGE, JUST SHY OF TWO YEARS. THERE HAVE BEEN TIMES WHERE I NEEDED AN EXTENSION AND IT WAS GRANTED WITHOUT AN ATTITUDE. I HAD TO PAY A LATE FEE, BUT THE EXTENSION WAS NEEDED. ALSO, EVERYTIME THAT I HAVE BEEN TO MY STORAGE UNIT, THE AREA IS ALWAYS CLEAN. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
