Manager is super friendly and has made the process of collecting these larger items for my first place, extremely easy going and hassle free. Due to my schedule, she was able to get everything set up and ready for me over the phone so I didnt have to make an extra trip down just to sign up and do paper work. Efficent and painless. First time renting a unit too!
