Knowledgeable staff explained everything as we went through the process, we were physically shown our site and completed everything in a timely manner. Stephanie is amazing.
Extra Space Storage is a safe, convenient way to store any item(s) you need room for. I have a trailer that we use as an overflow room for our "stuff". We are full time RVers and do not have room for some of our clothes and vehicle items. The Extra Space facility we are at is just down the street and is so handy for us.
Stephanie was so polite and helpful. She made my rental experience a pleasant one. A few days later my son and I had the pleasure of meeting Thomas the general manager of our storage location. He was just as polite and helpful as Stephanie. We are looking forward to working with both of them in the future. Our family has been renting from Extra Space Storage since 2011. We are hoping to increase our storage capacity as soon as space becomes available.
