This company trap you with cheap rates online and then once you sign the contract they increase the price by $100. Call and spoke to a female rep about 2 weeks ago when i got the notification that they increase the price she stated that they can decrease by 150, i was okay. Extra Space Storage 1415 Bergen Blvd Fort Lee NJ 07024- this locations Standard business practice is raising prices a couple of months after you rent a storage unit. You will NOT be notified and they can raise your rent as high as they want. I was shocked when I saw a 15% increase after 3 months of renting a storage unit here. Don't trust - the are unscrupulous - offering a low fee as an internet special, then boosting the price by 50% after you move in ... as little as 90 days later. This must be illegal, or I hope it is, I plan to sue

Update: Just received a reply from "Jim R" of Extra Space Storage next to an inset of a stock image thumbnail of a female. Hmmm... It reads: "We are so sorry to hear about your experience, Bigbox. Impolite, they cancelled my reservation without even informed me why? When i called them,they gave me unreasonable story. When i contacted customer services to complain, they also gave me another story.. i do not know which one is the fact and which one is the main reason to cancel my reservation. I wont ever ever do business with this company.. respect customer must be a company priority in first place.. they failed in this...
