Extra space has a friendly and accommodating from desk service representative that will help you throughout your signing up for your unit and actually walk you around and explain how to enter onto the property when and during office hours. The store manager is a great guy and he makes you feel just as welcome.
Extremely easy rental process including over the phone facilitation. Very well kept, well lit, accessible clean property and units. Paperwork can be completed in person or using a modifiable PDF - I did both for two different units and in both cases it was super quick to secure a storage unit and set up easy pay. Employees have always been quite friendly and helpful and have answered all of my questions.
Great customer service. We were able to get exactly what we needed.
