The agent was very friendly and helpful. The storage unit is clean and dry. The hours of access are convenient and accessibility is easy.
Very simple and user friendly to get the rental agreement set up. Was emailed the secure gate code and a map, easily found my unit and the lock was waiting inside.
Overall. An ok Expirence-.. The Pricing is a bit Shady (GET CLARITY on Actual cost b4 signing anything.. I reserved my unit online using a discounted (special pricing promo).. HOWEVER..when i arrived..that PRICE changed..it went up by $30.00 a mth.. I was told some story about limited units..offered 2 same size units(just different door withs)..chose the one i felt would work..and..what do ya know..the price jumped - i was then told that unit (eventhough) it was the same sz..and i was just quoted a price..the sales guy AS he... read more
I explained what I was looking for and what I needed. Staff was excellent in assisting me with my needs
Friendly staff and clean facility. All questions were answered fully. I was treated as a valued customer, not just an account. Employees took extra time to detail everything and ensure I had a full understanding of my lease.

I was able to find the perfect storage unit for me here. They have new and improved units on a perfectly clean lot! All of my questions and concerns were address by the employee which made my experience 100x better. Highly recommend !
