It was easy and the office provided all the help we needed to make it easy to move in. They answered every question and they explained the rental completely.

Easy in. Safe and clean. Great communication. Offered specials and were clear when they would end. Staff have all gone out of their way to be helpful and explain using facilities. Loaned a hand truck to facilitate move. Showed us to the space.

I have found that both times renting from this location on Clark road to have friendly and customer minded employees. On top of that competitive pricing and clean environment. Always easy to reach out to onsite employee to answer questions.
