Great service very knowledgeable very helpful
Hands down the best storage experience I've ever had their customer service is immaculate they're very friendly very nice people they help you understand all of the rules and regulations and stipulations and they explain to you the fine print and all of it it's a very easy place to rent from it's very clean I definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a storage unit
I had called the store and the manager had to have been the nicest person I came across. He made sure all my questions where answered and explained
I was able to find a unit and reserve it online. The on site manager made the whole experience as easy and quick as possible. I felt no pressure to rent. The unit is as described, and as clean as I had hoped. Price is fair.
Renting here was easy and painless! I reserved my unit online and was able to do all the paperwork online as well. My unit was ready soon after and the staff provided great communication about how to get it set up. I've rented other places, and Extra Space is definitely my favorite.
