Helpful, professional, thoughtful employees,
I've been storing my belongings with the Extra Space location off of Old Alabama Rd for over 3yrs now and I absolutely LOVE everything about this facility!! Their whole facility is very clean, I think I love their security measures the most - you have to put in your code to get in the gate, out the gate, as well as to enter the sliding doors to access your unit. Their staff is ALWAYS very friendly and helpful!
Professional staff, clean and well maintained units
We went in on a Sunday. There was a bucket collecting water from a leak in front of the unit from the air conditioner. Overflowing into our unit and neighbors. No one there, called corporate and they said the owner would be there inside of an hour. Two hours later we were told they refused to come in Sunday and deal with the situation. So water damage is OK with this owner. Screw the clients.
