So i just rented this unit on the phone and everything went nice and smooth and hopefully the moving would be as easy as possible.I will update later on.

Moving to the state almost 10yrs ago, I found this storage facility & I had no issues during the time we had our storage with Extra Space however, paying nearly $200 for the smallest unit was the craziest thing ever! I'm so thankful we finally pulled out our things this past weekend....i kept being hopeful they would do better & reward their long standing customers but....oh well Again, overall it was ok but to now to only be paying 60% less of what we we've been paying, while I'm not only getting great service but a clean... read more

I have been having my until since 2000 and was going to give it up, and the stuff are should I say Carl is the BEST he help me with my bill and I appreciate it.

I've only had my unit a couple of days but so far I've had a great experience! Super easy online process to choose the unit and set up payment. I got several texts and emails with all the information I needed, I didn't even have to go to the office, I just went straight to my unit and they had already inspected it and left a lock! I would definitely recommend.
Whatever security measures are taken to ensure units are safe is not enough here. At least 4 units in my building were allowed to be broken into, which resulted in over $1000 dollars of material to be stolen from my unit. Nobody in the office has reached out about anything, I had to find out for myself when visiting and realizing my things had been taken.

I haven't even had the unit a year and they've already done two pice increases going up almost $150. Other facilities I've used only increased rates once a yea.
