Absolutely rip off!! I rented a 5x10 unit at this location because of how close they were from my place instead of going to public storage who I usually use. I set up auto pay and recently noticed they increased my unit by $100 a month. When I called about the increase I was told "it's in the contract". When I responded with "why wasn't I told about increases" I was told again "It's in the contract". Then I was told another $100 monthly increase will happen in 9 months.
