I did everything online, but had a few questions. When I got to the office, it was close to closing time and the next day was July 4th, so the office was going to be closed. Amy took her time to answer all my questions, even though it meant she was there well after closing. I apologized and she assured me it was no problem. I really appreciate her willingness to stay late, listen to my questions and concerns and help. She went above and beyond!
The manager there made the whole process easy, and had good customer service.
I found everything to be quite easy in order and timely fashion and the customer service is superb and very helpful.
I had to transfer to a larger unit and get an additional unit. Rebecca was very helpful in finding me the right size unit and getting me the best deal.
It is great to use the downtown Extra Space Storage. Convenient location, great people, and easy access. I have used them twice to make our home moves go smoothly.

Great service and very accommodating! This storage warehouse is in an accessible location downtown, just off the highway. It is in a friendly neighborhood with easy 24/7 access. Rebecca reaches out to me weeks before my move across country and kept in touch every step of the way, so I knew I could count on Extra Space Storage. She was able to easily accommodate my request to move my stuff in one day early as well as help choose a convenient, accessible unit as I am a 5’2 woman moving by myself.
