I did everything online, but had a few questions. When I got to the office, it was close to closing time and the next day was July 4th, so the office was going to be closed. Amy took her time to answer all my questions, even though it meant she was there well after closing. I apologized and she assured me it was no problem. I really appreciate her willingness to stay late, listen to my questions and concerns and help. She went above and beyond!

I found everything to be quite easy in order and timely fashion and the customer service is superb and very helpful.
