The main reason we continue to rent with Extra Space is mainly location and the stores manager, John. We are on our 3rd unit here, as we continue to downsize. Fantastic place to rent. Friendly staff, John is very knowledgeable. Clean new facilities, that are well kept. Flexible pricing depending on particular needs and promotions. Doesn't get any better. I would highly recommend to anyone. I eaven had a Friendly tenant help me unload the truck.
Meticulously clean and looked after, I am surprised all the time by this after having rented storage facilities many times. Always clean. Manager quickly responds to my questions and requests, easy to contact. Very knowledgeable and explains things well. Professional and always follows through.
