I've always had a great experience at this location, the place was always clean and as there were carts available most times I came to the facility.
The unit is for my mother n law. Everything was thoroughly explained and I was happy to see her fully understand the whole process and what to do. ]

Pleasantly surprised at the ease of rental and cost. Kiki was extremely helpful giving directions to the building and unit. Kiki took the time to call me back and ask if there was anything else needed that may not have been covered by the initial phone call. Outstanding customer service from Kiki. I highly recommend ExtraSpace Storage in Midlothian. Great location, awesome community!
