i like it because, it in door. & someone, call me when, it time to pay my bill. What I don't like about it, is when they go up, on Your bill. They don't let you no. You go to pay you bill, and it 5 dollar more. You need yo let people no, when you going up, on the bill.

It is a very nice storage place. Extremely clean and Kayla and Keke are so nice. All the units have ceilings on the top of the units which was a priority for us. Everything is easy to use and it was a very pleasant experience. So glad we went with the Midlothian Extra Space Storage.
