excellent customer service...Property Mgr. John was outstanding
Beautiful facility, easy reservation and simple move in process. I misplaced a small treasure while moving in and after leaving a drop box note asking the staff to be on look out, John responded quickly that they would let me know if it was found and it was! Very courteous and appreciated, Thank you again! :)

Extraspace Storage was great. Very easy reservation and check in process. Great security, very clean and the management was wonderful and friendly. I highly recommend this place on Edgelake Dr in Sarasota.

I can’t say enough good things about the helpfulness and kindness of John, the manager at this location. He goes above and beyond, and truly cares about the customers. He is a treasure and an asset to this company. I have had storage units in many locations over the years, and my experiences with this Extra Space Storage facility is the absolute best I’ve ever had.
The manager, John, was a perfect gentleman and made my move so very easy. It was a perfectly pleasant experience.
