Good customer service
Recently rented storage space again at Extra Space, Valrico. I used this facility some years ago, and found the facility very clean and well maintained. Leeann , customer care rep, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions thoroughly in a courteous, professional manner. I recommend Extra Space for a smooth and pleasant rental space experience.

Xavier was very informative and he guided me towards selecting the right storage unit based on my needs. I ended up with a great deal, and a storage unit that was located in the perfect location.

We went to the facility and was met by the manager Xavier. He explained everything we needed to know about renting a unit. In no time we had a unit and were very happy.

We've rented here before and love the experience. Everything is always clean and plenty of flatbed dollies to use for transport between vehicle and unit. Access is super easy and good times of access.

Honestly, I've worked in customer service/retail sales before and I have never met someone who handles different peoples needs, all for different reasons, on a daily basis and does it w a smile like Xavier. Between that and the cleanliness of the grounds and the fact that I felt like there was care put into it, how could I not rent with Extra Space.

Easy access to renting online. Xavier was excellent notified when ready and had lock and paperwork ready. Clean Security and attendant living on property was a big plus for me Would recommend renting from extra space .
