The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The rental process was easy and everything was explained thoroughly throughout the process. The facility itself is very clean and well organized. There is even a public restroom. I have now visited the facility several times, including late at night and have self safe and that my belongings are secure. I have used other facilities in the past and this one is by far among the nicest Iâ€™ve used. The only perceived drawback was there is only one door to load or unload belongings, but so far this hasnâ€™t been an issue. There is enough room for more than one vehicle under the covered drive and most of the time people are in and out fairly quickly.
