From the very beginning trying to find a location closest to me for the best price, the staff has been very good to work with. The girls in the office are very pleasant and helpful. Crystal Rocks! Always patient with me answering many questions. The facility is clean and I like that it is safe. As a disabled 62-yr-old I had to drive a 50' Uhaul for the 1st time ever. My experience with Extra Space Storage in Highland, CA has been great. A young beautiful lady by the name Meleane customer service was excellent. She was professional and very helpful and made the whole process easy for me. She helped me find exactly what I needed for a decent price.
