Tabitha was wonderful at the local facility. She was much more helpful than the call center. She called other “ESS†facilities to try and find what I needed. Rating would be 5 stars if price was more competitive. The pricing of their largest units was almost double that of other comparable storage facilities in my area. I only rented this space because other facilities were 100% full with the size unit I needed.
