We picked up a unit when we purchased a business in the area and needed more storage. Things were going well so we upgraded to a larger unit when our business began to expand. We have enjoyed our service and have had limited issues. Anytime we had a concern, it was addressed promptly and in a way that gave us satisfaction.
Ms. Tina has been the best. She is excellent in customer service and she cares about the customers needs and most of all very professional. I would recommend extra space storage to all that’s looking for a place to keep your belongings safe.
Tina Jenkins was wonderful. She worked with me to change my storage unit and ensure that I was taken care of in terms of rate and space needed. I’m so happy with the service I’m receiving here today.
Mia is AMAZING. She was very helpful and communicative. She made sure to explain everything and was very patient.
After a year and a half of using this storage facility that is supposedly climate controlled. All of my wooden furniture was completely covered in mold. When I walked in to move my furniture out the entire facility was humid. They also every six months raise your monthly cost $50-$60. I start out paying $132 a month and after year and a half they wanted to charge me 280. DONT STORE HERE. See pictures
