The staff is outstanding, but the actual facility presented some challenges for me. First, the threshold of the entry door is not a slope but a step. I am not strong enough to lift a loaded cart over it. It should be ramped so a cart can be used. It was necessary for me to hand carry most boxes and all heavy items. Second, more carts! Extra Space is by far the best for your money, very affordable prices clean spacious units with easy communication to main office and flexible gate hours from 6am to 10pm
