The introduction to the facility was done online. This was a responsive, quick and easy to navigate process. It was clearly understood and secure. Straight out, this was the easiest online registration I have done. And it was fully complete all the way to gaining entry. After realizing my storage needs exceeded my rented capacity, the staff with quick to help me into another unit, run through the software again and obtain security for the unit, such that, when I completed unloading I knew that my belongings were fully s... read more

Easy to use; easy to get to; wonderful personnel. Love the fact that I don't need to take an elevator to get to my unit (others are taller buildings)

Love the staff at this extra space storage! As well as the different options for rental purchasing. I was in and out under 20 minutes after picking out my rental. Super clean and great location.
