RecommendedAllen and Kim are always helpful and kind. They have handled any issues in a Professional manner. My Only complaint is there are too many rate increases this is not the managers that make these decisions but corporate. If I continue to get rate increases I will be forced to remove my items and go elseware thank you cathy c
