Renting a unit from ExtraSpace Storage was such a smooth experience. We were able to reserve the unit online. Within the hour, an employee reached out to us with a phone call providing us with all of the information we could possibly need to begin using the unit. The employee even followed-up with an e-mail with all of the information. Very thorough and very professional! I can't believe we didn't rent a unit sooner.

Super simple, very straightforward. Love how everything is able to be done online. The tools online to show you how a unit can be packed to really conceptualize how much space you need, and basically, the entire process was contactless which is incredibly helpful time-wise, and in light of Covid-19.
