Our unit had a water leak. Told the office girl about it, had someone call my husband and it was going to get fixed. Find out a month later it never was fixed.. and more water got it. Ruining a lot of our items. Then on the day we cancelled and moved our items, had another issue with this same girl Angel, apparently she never made notes about the leak and a month later we are still being charged, and when I call to ask. Angel of course never made notes again. Ridiculous. NEVER would use this company again.
