I had to get a storage unit asap. It was so easy. Kyle could not have been kinder to me. He walked me to the unit and showed me how to use the lock as well. He never made me feel like I was bothering him. Everyone should be as kind as he is. I thank him tremendously. The storage unit is spotless and safe. The set up is perfect that you pull up to a covered area and they have carts to use to bring your items to the unit. The price is reasonable, hopefully it stays that way. Recently we contacted Extra Space Storage and were greeted with a friendly voice. The attendant fully explained all their services so that we could make an informed decision. After visiting the facility Bethany and Ed gave us a tour and fully explained the procedures in renting a storage unit. We were very impressed with how clean and organized it was kept.
