Diana was wonderful in following up and explaining storage lease terms. Great Customer service, very rare to find now days. Price of the unit was also the best!

I had to get a storage unit asap. It was so easy. Kyle could not have been kinder to me. He walked me to the unit and showed me how to use the lock as well. He never made me feel like I was bothering him. Everyone should be as kind as he is. I thank him tremendously. The storage unit is spotless and safe. The set up is perfect that you pull up to a covered area and they have carts to use to bring your items to the unit. The price is reasonable, hopefully it stays that way. Recently we contacted Extra Space Storage and were greeted with a friendly voice. The attendant fully explained all their services so that we could make an informed decision. After visiting the facility Bethany and Ed gave us a tour and fully explained the procedures in renting a storage unit. We were very impressed with how clean and organized it was kept. Good, friendly customer service. Storage building is clean and it’s easy to access my units.
Overall great experience renting with Extra Space Storage as a first time renter. The store manager at the Warrington location was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and was great at explaining everything I’d want/need to know about my unit and the facility. He had great sales skills also as I purchased a lock and other supplemental items.
Building was clean and store manager James was fabulous. The rental rate is fare, but didn't receive a free month cause I booked online and if your unit isn't on the first floor, it's not accessible after gate closing time.
