This is only my second day using my Extra Space Storage unit, but I must say I am extremely satisfied already. When I arrived to my unit yesterday, the directions were clear and easy to understand how to get to my unit. My unit was very clean and nicely maintained. I did not have a lock when I arrived but a quick call to the office was all that was needed. An associate was out to me quickly with a lock and explained how to properly lock my unit. Extra Space Storage has met all my needs. They are close to my home, their rates are good and they are very clean. When I opened my unit it was clean. I feel these are in a good location and I do not feel unsafe when I go there.
