Beware the Rate Hikes! This unscrupulous company represents the very worst of Bait and Switch. The offer you a low rate but make no mention that it is an introductory rate or anything like that and then a few months after you move in they more than Double your rate. $82/mo to $180 in my case. And if you look at other reviews you will see this has become a standard practice for Extra Space Storage. Do not do business with any Extra Space Storage
